Emil Balavac is Minister of Trade, Tourism, and Environmental Protection for Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, BiH. Holding two law degrees, he has decades of experience in NGO sector and public admin and international development (IOM, UNDP, OSCE), and heads Jablanica’s Mountain Rescue Service.
