Launched in October 2025, the WB6 Investment Platform is a 100% AI-powered digital platform designed to support investors, businesses, and job seekers across the Western Balkans. Built around two key components – an AI-powered chatbot for business support and a job marketplace chatbot – the platform serves as a single, accessible entry point for reliable, up-to-date information on business conditions, regulatory frameworks, and labor market opportunities across all six Western Balkan economies. 

By combining artificial intelligence, regional data integration, and institutional partnerships, the WB6 Investment Platform represents a major step toward a unified, data-driven regional economy. 

About the Project 

Developed with the support of OSF – Western Balkans and in partnership with the Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF), the WB6 Investment Platform leverages ChatGPT-4.0 and Azure Cloud technology to create a dynamic, user-friendly interface that connects businesses and individuals with critical information in real time. 

The project is built around two fully AI-powered components: 

• Business Support Chatbot – provides investors and businesses with detailed insights on economic conditions, regulatory requirements, available incentives, market trends, and partnership opportunities. Users can request tailored information, e.g., “I’m interested in investing in the digital technology sector in the Skopje region,” and instantly receive all relevant data on local conditions, labor availability, and investment incentives. 

• Job Marketplace Chatbot – streamlines job searches and improves matching between employers and job seekers. It provides legislative guidance (visa, tax, social insurance), helps employers recruit regionally, and offers personalized job recommendations for candidates based on their profiles and skills. 

The platform’s comprehensive vector database, maintained with WB6 CIF and local chambers of commerce, ensures that all content is relevant, verified, and continuously updated. Built on Azure Cloud, the system guarantees security, scalability, and accessibility for all users. 

The WB6 Investment Platform directly addresses structural challenges in the region: lack of accessible business information, market fragmentation, inefficient job matching, and complex administrative barriers. It strengthens SME competitiveness, improves labor mobility, and promotes regional economic integration.
