Written by Leke Batalli, the policy paper “Framing the Just Transition in Kosovo”  aims to provide a general outlook of the perceptions and attitudes of some of the main institutional and organizational actors toward the just transition in Kosovo. Considering that the energy sector is at an early stage of decarbonization, the paper explores how the stakeholders, comprising the Government, media, civil society organizations, the business community, and local governments, envision decarbonization and assesses their perceptions regarding the effects of these policies and the manner how they should be addressed.

This policy brief is part of a series of publications produced by the Kosovo Research and Analysis Fellowship (KRAF), an initiative by KFOS.

Korniza e Tranzicionit të Drejtë në Kosovë

Shkruar nga Lekë Batalli, dokumenti i politikave ” Korniza e Tranzicionit të Drejtë në Kosovë” synon të ofrojë një pamje të përgjithshme të perceptimeve dhe qëndrimeve të disa prej akterëve kryesorë institucionalë dhe organizativë ndaj tranzicionit të drejtë në Kosovë. Duke marrë parasysh që sektori i energjisë është në një fazë të hershme të dekarbonizimit, dokumenti hulumton se si palët e interesuara, të përbërë nga Qeveria, media, organizatat e shoqërisë civile, komuniteti i biznesit dhe pushteti lokal, parashikojnë dekarbonizimin dhe vlerëson perceptimet e tyre në lidhje me efektet e këtyre politikave dhe mënyrën se si ato duhet të trajtohen.
