Written by José Carpintero Molina and Juan Manuel Montoro, the policy analysis “Kosovo and the Spanish speaking world: Exploring roads to engagement when recognition is blocked” attempts to go beyond the existing literature about Kosovo and its relations to Spanish-speaking countries. Overcoming the tendency to focus exclusively on the legal and political point of view, the two authors aim to begin a reflection on the relations between Kosovo and these states from a new point of view: by looking at the human and cultural dimensions. An unprecedented and original paper, this analysis explores the possibilities of drafting policies in new possible fields of contact between Kosovo and a wide Spanish-speaking audience.

Shkruar nga José Carpintero Molina dhe Juan Manuel Montoro, analiza e politikave “Kosova dhe bota spanjishtfolëse: Eksplorimi i rrugëve drejt angazhimit kur njohja është e bllokuar” synon të shkojë përtej literaturës ekzistuese për Kosovën dhe marrëdhniet e saj me vendet spanjisht-folëse. Duke i tejkaluar tendencat për tu fokusuar ekskluzivisht në këndvështrime ligjore e politike, dy autorët duan të fillojnë një reflektim mbi raportet e Kosovës me këto shtete nga një këndvështrim i ri: duke i shikuar dimensionet njerëzore dhe kulturore. Një punim i pa-precedent dhe origjinal, kjo analizë eksploron mundësitë për hartimin e politikave në fusha të reja të mundshme të kontaktit në mes Kosovës dhe një audience të gjerë spanjisht-folëse.
