The Institute of Political Studies (ISP) (www.isp.com.al) presented on May 22, 2015, the findings of its monitoring on the level of enforcement of the right to information law and the behavior of the judicial administration towards citizens. This monitoring was supported by the Open Society Foundation for Albania and was conducted at the First Instance Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal in Tirana.

Present at the event were the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data, the President of the Administrative Court of Appeal, representatives of the Foundation, as well as representatives from civil society and the media. Based on the data presented from the monitoring, it was emphasized that the full implementation of the right to information and the application of the transparency program would be among the most effective measures to reduce bureaucratic practices, significantly lower levels of official abuse, increase public transparency, positively impact indicators of impunity, and provide more services and information to citizens and interested parties.

Monitorimi i zbatueshmërisë së ligjit për të drejtën e informimit në Gjykatën administrative

Instituti i Studimeve Politike, ISP (www.isp.com.al)  prezantoi në datën 22 Maj 2015 gjetjet e monitorimit të nivelit të zbatueshmërisë së ligjit për të drejtën e informimit dhe sjelljen e administratës gjyqësore ndaj qytetarëve. Ky monitorim u mbështet nga Fondacioni Shoqëria e Hapur për Shqipërinë – Soros dhe zhvillua pranë Gjykatës Administrative të Shkallës së Parë dhe Apelit në Tiranë. 

Në këtë prezantim ishin të pranishëm, Komisioneri për të Drejtën e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale, kryetari i Gjykatës se Apelit Administrativ, përfaqësues të Fondacionit si dhe përfaqësues të shoqërisë civile dhe medias.  Bazuar në të dhënat e paraqitura nga monitorimi u theksua se, zbatimi integral i të drejtës së informimit dhe aplikimi i programit të transparencës, do të ishte një prej masave më efektive për të shkurtuar praktikat burokratike, për të ulur ndjeshëm nivelin e abuzimit zyrtar, për të rritur transparencën publike, për të ndryshuar pozitivisht treguesit e pandërshkueshmërisë si dhe për të përfituar më shumë shërbime dhe informacione për qytetarët dhe aktorët e interesuar.
