This study presents the progress of the Altertext policy during 2012, as well as a comparison of the issues over the years (2010-2011-2012). The study’s data were collected through a series of interviews, focus groups, and an online survey with teachers, parents, students, and school administrators who shared their experiences and perspectives on the implementation of Altertext. The results of the study reveal a large number of issues that together seriously threaten the proper implementation of the school textbook policy as well as the overall quality of education. The study also presents several recommendations that will be part of the foundation’s initiatives to promote changes in support of the quality of Albanian education.

Fondacioni Shoqeria e Hapur per Shqiperine prezanton kater studime te reja ne fushen e Arsimit dhe te Romeve

Ky studim paraqet ecurine e politikes se Altertekstit gjate vitit 2012 si dhe nje krahasim te problematikave nder vite (2010-2011-2012). Te dhenat e studimit u mblodhen permes njesere intervistash, fokus grupesh dhe nje ankete online me mesues, prinder, nxenes dhe drejtues shkollash te cilet paraqiten pervojen dhe kendveshtrimin e tyre rreth zbatimit te Altertekstit. Rezultatet e studimit deshmojne per nje numer te madh problematikash te cilat sebashku kercenojne seriozisht zbatimin e drejte te politikes se tekstit shkollor sikunder dhe cilesine e arsimit ne pergjithesi. Studimi paraqet dhe disa rekomandime te cilat do te jene pjese e nismave te fondacionit per te nxitur ndryshimin e situates ne mbeshtetje te cilesise se arsimit shqiptar.
