Focusing on open data in public procurement across the Western Balkans, the aim of this Analysis is to address key issues and generate recommendations for enhancing the utilization of open data concepts and transparency. Through analysis and recommendations, it is necessary to facilitate the effective implementation of open data practices, thereby enhancing access to information, promoting fair competition, and driving overall improvement in public procurement practices across the Western Balkans.
