This research, conducted by the Research Consortium, presents the second phase of the study returns to the same schools and uses the established methodologies to deepen our analysis of the impact of photovoltaic (PV) technology within school environments. Our initial research aimed to measure a range of school characteristics—such as energy efficiency, economic, and academic performance—alongside the personal and academic development of students.

In this continuing phase, our focus remains on conducting quantitative assessments at two key points: baseline (pre-PV installation) and mid-term (post-installation) in the selected schools. This approach allows us to monitor and compare the ongoing effects of PV technology on these indicators. We’re also examining how student skills and stakeholder engagement have evolved and how the overall dynamics within schools may have changed.
