On February 15, 2012, the Open Society Foundation for Albania participated in the hearing with civil society organized by the Parliamentary Commission for European Integration to gather contributions from civil society actors for addressing Priorities 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the European Commission for Albania. The Foundation presented its recommendations for addressing these Priorities, emphasizing that the Assembly is the forum where political will and consensus are expressed and built. For this reason, the discussion and approval of the Plan in the Assembly, through a resolution, would give the Plan the importance and weight it deserves, as well as the appropriate political support.

The Foundation’s contribution was also submitted in writing, according to the deadline set by the Commission for European Integration, on February 17, 2012.

Fondacioni paraqet rekomandimet për Prioritetet 1-4 në kuadër të hartimit të Planit të Veprimit për Adresimin e 12 Prioriteteve.

Më datë 15 shkurt 2012, Fondacioni Shoqëria e Hapur për Shqipërinë mori pjesë në seancën dëgjimore me shoqërinë civile të organizuar nga Komisioni Parlamentar për Integrimin Europian për të marrë kontributet e aktorëve të shoqërisë civile për adresimin e Prioriteteve 1,2, 3 dhe 4 të Komisionit Europian për Shqipërinë. Fondacioni prezantoi rekomandimet e veta për adresimin e këtyre Prioriteteve, duke theksuar se Kuvendi është shtrati ku shprehet dhe ndërtohet vullneti e konsensusi politik dhe për këtë arsye, diskutimi dhe miratimi i Planit në Kuvend, nëpërmjet një rezolute, do t’i jepte Planit rëndësinë e peshën që meriton si dhe mbështetjen politike të duhur.

Kontributi i Fondacionit u dorëzua edhe me shkrim, sipas afatit të vendosur nga Komisioni Për Integrimin Europian, më datë 17 shkurt 2012.
