Dritan leads OSF WB Just Energy Transition team promoting sustainable energy transition and democratisation. He contributes in strategic interventions design and oversight seeking impact at scale. Dritan engages in building partnership with public institutions and key actors in the energy transition space, strengthening joint efforts.

Before joining OSF, Dritan has engaged in youth empowerment and organizing civil society platforms. He has worked in a World Bank project aiming social and infrastructure integration of marginalised communities in Tirana.  

His areas of specialization include policy advocacy, community leadership and youth activism, energy democratisation, strategic regional cooperation in the energy transition space.

Dritan obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Tirana, and continued his academic training with an MPhil in Higher Education Management from the University of Oslo, Norway, and a Master’s degree in “EU Policy Making” from the University of Trieste, Italy.
