Dukagjin oversees the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the OSF Western Balkan regional office. He works closely with his team to implement the best administrative and financial practices established by the Open Society Foundation (OSF). This involves ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, managing financial resources, and embedding OSF’s organizational standards into the office’s functions.

With a career that spans over thirty years, Dukagjin brings a wealth of experience in administrative and financial roles. During his tenure as the Administrative & Finance Director at the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society, he demonstrated leadership and proficiency in his field, making significant contributions to the organization’s success.

Prior to joining the NGO sector, he held the position of finance manager at renowned international organizations including Marcy Corps International and Action Against Hunger. His professional experience also includes a partnership at one of Kosovo’s leading tax and accounting firms.

Dukagjin holds a university degree in management and accounting from Pristina Public University.
