Program Analyst
Dusan contributes to the Digital Transformation programmatic pillar at OSF WB, committed to enhancing regional agency in digital transformation, aiming to boost competitiveness and ease the integration of the region in the EU digital market.
Having worked in different fields – Digital Transformation, Transparency, Accountability and Public Integrity, Justice Reform & the Rule of Law, and Just Green Transition, enabled Dusan to accumulate a wide range of knowledge and expertise. Dusan devoted his work to empowering civil society to respond to the threats of technology deployment to human rights and transparency, while fostering a nexus among respective communities and bridging the gap between policy makers and takers in the digital field. Within the earlier work Dusan also addressed issues related to democratic reforms, access to justice, independence of the judiciary and citizen participation. In the past, he was also engaged as an expert for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) for the fields of anti-corruption and democratic reforms.
Dusan’s experience, knowledge and good relationships with policy makers, civil society, and fellow donors in Serbia and within the region, enable him to effectively contribute to OSF WB’s efforts towards achieving its mission.
Dusan holds an L.L.B from Union University in Belgrade, currently studying for a master’s degree in law.
