Klodi serves as a Program Manager at OSF Western Balkans, where his responsibilities span various interventions, including advocacy, grant making, and project management at both national and regional levels, focusing on the EU and Regional Cooperation program strategy.

Having worked in various roles such as program manager, project manager, researcher, and expert on multi-million projects funded by diverse donors, Klodi brings over 21 years of extensive experience in project management, policy advising, and donor coordination.

His career includes significant roles in international organizations, contributing to his expertise in European integration, public finance, strategic planning, and civil society. His earlier experience includes helping the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Integration, and the Ministry of Education in Albania improve their strategic planning, monitoring systems, and increasing capacities for managing EU funding.

Klodi is committed to advancing European integration, civil society development, and democratic processes in Western Balkans. He leverages research and expertise for informed advocacy and policymaking to create a better, more equitable region.

He holds a degree in economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania, and a master’s degree in finance from the Economic Faculty, Tirana University, Albania. He has also completed several training courses from various institutions.
