Before joining OSF, he held positions where he was responsible for managing large-scale IT projects, integrating advanced technologies, and maintaining robust security protocols.

Leonid holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and he continuously advances his knowledge in risk management, IT management, and network security, ensuring his contributions are both relevant and impactful.
