Assoc. Dr. Predrag Zenović is Montenegro’s Chief Negotiator with the EU, political scientist and academic at the University of Donja Gorica. He holds a PhD in political theory and European studies and has published extensively on European integration, citizenship, identity, constitutionalism and gender studies.
